1. Eligibility

• Membership is available exclusively to Miami Beach residents.

• Proof of residency must be provided via a valid photo ID issued by the State of Florida, showing an address within Miami Beach or another designated eligible ZIP code as well as additional documents outlined below.

• City of Miami Beach, FL covers 7 Zip Codes: 33109, 33119, 33139, 33141, 33140, 33154 and 33239.

• Membership is non-transferable and is valid only for the registered resident.

• Limit to two memberships per registered address.

2. Membership Approval

• Applications are reviewed by program operators.

• Once approved, residents will receive an activation email confirming their membership status.

• Membership is valid for one year from the date of approval unless otherwise stated.

• Proof of residency must be provided via a valid photo ID issued by the State of Florida, showing an address within Miami Beach or another designated eligible ZIP code.

• One of the following additional documents as Proof of Miami Beach Residency (mailed within the last 30 days — no electronic / internet bills):

  • Utility Bill (electric, gas, cable, landline phone).

  • Mobile phone statement.

  • Vehicle insurance statement.

• Membership will be reviewed and processed within 72 hours of submission, weekends and national holidays are excluded.

3. Usage at the Beach

• Members will receive a digital pass with a QR code, accessible via their iOS Wallet app, Android Wallet, or printable format via email.

• Upon check-in, members must present their QR code for scanning.

• The cashier will verify the profile photo linked to the account to confirm authenticity.

4. Security & Verification

• To prevent unauthorized use, members may be required to verify their identity with a One-Time Passcode (OTP) sent to their registered email.

• If OTP verification is skipped (e.g., for printed passes or tech-limited users), the system will log the bypass for security tracking.

• Repeated suspicious activity or evidence of membership sharing may result in suspension or termination of membership.

5. Discounts & Benefits

• Membership entitles the resident to discounted rates on designated products and services provided by Boucher Brothers.

• Discounts are applied at the time of transaction and cannot be combined with other offers, unless explicitly stated.

• Program benefits may change at any time at the sole discretion of Boucher Brothers.

• Discounts applies 7th Street Lummus Park only.

6. Termination & Revocation

• Boucher Brothers reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership for:

• Providing false or fraudulent information during registration.

• Sharing or attempting to transfer membership to another person.

• Misuse of program benefits.

• Members will be notified via email if their account is suspended or terminated.

7. Program Changes

• Boucher Brothers may update, modify, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.

• Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

8. Liability

• Boucher Brothers is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of membership credentials.

• Membership does not guarantee availability of products or services.
