1. Membership Approval

• All applications are reviewed by program operators.

• Once approved, residents will receive an activation email confirming their membership status.

• Membership is valid for one year from the approval date unless otherwise specified.

• A valid photo Real ID (USA) or a valid U.S./International passport must be submitted with your Release Waiver.

• Each additional household member (up to two) must also complete and sign a Release Waiver.

• Applications will be reviewed and processed within 72 hours of submission; weekends and national holidays are excluded.

• Membership becomes active only after the full payment balance has been cleared.

2. Usage at the Beach

• Members will receive a digital pass with a QR code, accessible through the iOS Wallet app or an Android Wallet link sent by email once membership dues are fully paid.

• Bring your mobile device (or printed QR code) to your designated Boucher Brothers beach location. Please check the current list of participating locations online before visiting.

• Upon arrival:

  1. Present your QR code at the beach check-in station.

  2. A cashier or attendant will scan your code.

  3. After verification, you may enjoy your member benefits for the day.

3. Usage Limitations

• Membership benefit limits apply to the entire household.

• Each membership includes 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella per calendar day.

4. Security & Verification

• To prevent unauthorized use, members may be required to verify their identity using a One-Time Passcode (OTP) sent to their registered email.

• If OTP verification is skipped (e.g., printed passes or users with limited technology access), the system will record the bypass for security purposes.

• Repeated suspicious activity or signs of membership sharing may result in suspension or termination of the membership.

5. Termination & Revocation

Boucher Brothers reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership for any of the following:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration.

• Sharing or attempting to transfer membership benefits to others.

• Misuse or abuse of program privileges.

Members will receive an email notification if their account is suspended or terminated.
